Refund policy
When a founding-access reservation can be refunded.
Before beta access
You may request a full refund of the founding-access payment at any time before beta access is provided to your account.
After beta access
After beta access has been provided, payments are generally non-refundable because access to the founding release and its benefits has begun. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
If Quoton cannot deliver
If Quoton cancels the product or cannot provide the founding access described in the final checkout terms, customers will receive a full refund of the founding-access payment.
How to request a refund
Use the contact method included in your reservation confirmation and provide the email address used at checkout. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing time.
Processing and currency
Refunds are issued in Canadian dollars. Your bank or card provider may apply exchange-rate differences or processing delays that Quoton does not control.
